Live, learn and gain professional experience in the nation’s capital!
The AMP Program mission is to produce high-quality deliverables with sustainable results for our clients and provide tangible work experience to graduate students, while fostering enduring relationships between talented students and the government professionals they work with.
M Powered Strategies® (MPS) offers graduate students an opportunity to tackle real consulting projects and experience life inside the Beltway.
During the 10-week program, Applied Management Professionals (AMPs) work alongside senior government executives to produce actionable deliverables on client contracts under the direction of an experienced M Powered Strategies Team Lead. AMPs are exposed to unique networking opportunities across federal agencies and receive one-on-one mentoring from an MPS employee. In addition to fulltime client work, AMPs work collaboratively on a corporate project while receiving foundational training in key skill areas of consulting.
This one-of-a-kind apprenticeship offers motivated students the experience they need to identify and pursue fulfilling careers within the U.S. Government.
