Why MPS?
I like organizations, how they work, how they are designed, and how people are empowered within them. Government organizations and nonprofits are particularly fascinating with their roots in service. From Peace Corps Volunteer, to Civil Servant at USDA and USDOJ, to working with governments in Asia and the Middle East, and two years as COO and CEO for the DC chapter of the Project Management Institute, public service has been my mission. At MPS we focus on Organizational Change to bring about more effective service delivery in the Federal Government and NGOs. It is gratifying to see the great work our team does, and the results they yield.
